Accessibility & Locale
The villa is a split-level bungalow and is located just outside the village on a road with a gradient. Please check with us before booking if you have any questions about the villa’s accessibility.
Olive Villa was one of the first villas to be built in our location. Over the last few years, a number of plots have been sold and there are now a large number of properties being built in the immediate area. In Turkey, the building season usually runs from the end of October to the end of June. During that period, there will be noise and disturbance from the building works. In other months of the year, minor building activities are permitted and guests may hear some noise from this work. Olive Villa now has several immediate neighbours and guests can expect some noise from these neighbouring properties including dogs barking etc. Although there are some new neighbours in the vicinity, the views from the villa remain stunning.
